A report representing the discussions and findings of a community research project undertaken by the Halton Transitional Housing Study for Homeless Youth Steering Committee. Focus is on key themes and activities which have been found to be important for the success of transitional/supportive housing programs for youth. Also identified are key elements in both the housing models (physical structure) and service models (support structure) and service models (support structure) deemed important to the well-being of youth.
